Delivery & Returns
Following is the general information about delivery and returns of the items that customer has purchased from Unsecured Clothing.
Your order is started to process as soon your payment is confirmed on our website and we aim to deliver within 24 hours right after successful order is received.
Your order is delivered on the address that is provided during the check out.
We will deliver your order free of cost if the total order is equal or greater than 60£ .
We ship to our customers using various couriers.
It may takes 1-5 (business) days to deliver the order.
You will always receive the tracking information to give you the opportunity to track the order online once order is handed over to the courier.
All the prices on our website include the VAT.
We process you orders from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your products.
You may select delivery options when checking out your cart. All delivery options have different charges and delivery time.
We aim to process your orders as soon as possible and hand these over to shipment companies. In some cases it may take bit longer to deliver you due to any logistic or administrative problems with the courier companies.
We are working hard to process your orders within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed but you may expect some delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has impact on over all processing till your doorstep.
We process your orders from Monday-Friday within normal business hours.
You may return the product within 20 days in case you have changed your mind about it, wrong ordered (size, colour, brand, gender etc) processed by Unsecured Clothing, damaged, broken. In any case, it must be unused, has it’s original packing and including all the tags.
Unsecured Clothing will only be responsible to return as mentioned above.
Unsecured Clothing will pay the return cost in case of faulty or incorrect products. Otherwise, you will pay the cost to return.
Place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.
